3. What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Contact us at improvolife@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
4. Can I return a personalized item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized items. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please make sure to double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
5. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

No, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.
9. Can I return perishable or hazardous items?
No, we do not accept returns for perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
10. What if I am located in the European Union?
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as our general refund policy, including the item being in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging.
